Jesse is certified by the International Coach Federation and is focused on developing conscious leaders and professional cultures through executive coaching and organizational development by implementing leadership and culture practices grounded in philosophy, psychology, neuroscience and best business practices.

What is distinct about her work is her commitment to the integration of the inner work necessary for human development coupled with her experience in the corporate world as a business owner implementing real strategies for business results.

Bridging theory and practice, Jesse develops leaders to foster mindsets that lead to leadership behaviors, strategies for taking their ideas and creating action and working out those actions in ways most healthful for themselves and their teams.

Business Owner Prior to Coaching

Jesse was a Partner and Owner of an agency in Dallas, Texas focused on telling the stories of outstanding organizations through integrated marketing, communications and strategy. She worked with world-class colleagues to define and design the brand and ethos of companies and their leaders in order to ensure the marketing and communications assets strategically reflected the business goals of the organization.  Jesse worked closely with entrepreneurs, leaders, influencers and their organizations to unwrap their personal “why” as well as the “why” of their companies.

In partnership with clients, she developed communications strategies to align with organizational goals.  Minerva executed on those strategies with cohesive services, including nationally award-winning video production, public relations, social media, design and branding, content creation, email marketing and live event production.  

She served a range of clients including YPO Dallas, Freeman, Henry S. Miller, Victory Healthcare, Forge Real Estate, Verizon, Dallas Women’s Foundation, Excellence in Education, Studio Movie Grill and others.  In 2015, her organization had the honor of receiving Dallas Business Journal’s Best Places To Work.

Jesse has been married to Josh Ihde since January 31, 2004. Then in 2007, they had Stella Ihde and then in 2011 they had Elijah Ihde. They live in Richardson, Texas where we are part of the most enthusiastic cul-de-sac of families with gaggles of children and dogs. On Sundays you will find her in a range of sanctuaries including the dirt in her flower beds and garden, her front porch with her dogs and kids or lost in a good book.
